We live in a new world in which all standards have become universal, in education, in training, in the economy, and in all aspects of life. We have in Egypt, and by right, huge educated human forces, we have in Egypt great youthful energy. The strength of our society comes from the strength of our youth, from its education and training on the mechanisms and basics of the age. Our economic, social and political progress depends a lot on our ability to improve this youthful human force, depends a lot on our ability to provide them with the opportunity for distinguished training that qualifies them for contemporary practical life, depends a lot on our ability to increase their self-confidence and give them hope for the future.
